Leader Dashboard View

The leader view will have access to all personnel with a direct line of connection beneath them on the permissions-based Org Chart. They can view employees by clicking on Browse Users (1.4). They have the ability to create performance logs, goals, development plans, and access all leadership forms and reports.

The PANELS that appear on Leader Dashboards sometimes vary. They are:

• Team Members – A list of all employees for whom they can write performance logs.
• Alerts – Notifications for the employee on various actions such as: performance log submitted, a leadership form, or performance report created for the employee.
• Goals – A list of all goals assigned to the employee.
• Denied Logs – A notification panel if an employee or leader’s leader denies a log and the log requires action. This does not appear unless there is a log to review.
• Log Review – A list of logs that require a review.

If there are no Denied logs, Team members and Goals will appear on the left and the Alerts will be in the top right. This is to indicate that action is required.
