Every TrackIT user has a Dashboard. This is the page you are directed to upon logging into the system. Each tab below will be explained in detail later in the guide, but here are the basics for navigating the Dashboard. There are tabs and there are panels below. The + ADD LOG button allows leaders to enter a log for an employee (1.1).
The TABS (1.1) that will appear on ALL user Dashboards are:
- Expectations – The specific job responsibilities for the user’s assigned position.
- View Logs – A view of all performance logs entered for the user for one year’s time.
- Performance Reports – A complete list of the user’s performance reports and where reports are created by leaders.
- Goals – A list of all goals assigned to the user and where goals are entered by leaders.
- Development Plan – A list of all development plans for the user, past and present.
- Leadership Forms – Management forms/tools that include Coaching, Mentoring, Counseling, Team Member Diagnosis, and Team Assessment.

The PANELS that appear on ALL employee (non-manager) Dashboards are:
- Goals – A list of all goals assigned to the employee.
- Alerts – Notifications for the employee on various actions such as: performance log submitted, a leadership form, or performance report created for the employee.
- Log Review – A list of logs that require a review.

Employee with No Direct Reports

The employee view will only allow access to his/her data on their Dashboard as well as the ability to view the permissions-based organizational chart (Org Chart).

The leader view will have access to all personnel with a direct line of connection beneath them on the permissions-based Org Chart. They can view employees by clicking on Browse Users. They have the ability to create logs, goals, development plans, and access all leadership forms and reports.
