We are delighted to welcome you into the TrackIT family. This guide is designed to help you navigate our performance management system with ease and comfort.
Our goal is to help leaders provide employees direction and feedback to improve performance and produce top results through performance logs, performance reports, goals and leadership forms.
Leaders love TrackIT because it makes annual reviews simple and effective. By entering manual logs each month, by the end of the year or review cycle, those exact logs will be used to create the employee’s Annual Performance Report. At the click of a button the Annual Performance Report is created, the leader enters any summary notes in the comments, and is ready to share the report.
TrackIT is confidential and comprehensive.
Only leaders who are directly above a particular employee within the organization have access to view employee performance data and score UNLESS they are granted Indirect Leadership Access. An example of this would be a Trainer who will be evaluating the employee.
Our system creates continuous, consistent communication that lasts. At any time, you can go into your TrackIT account to see what your position’s expectations are, how you are performing to them currently, and how you have performed in the past. You have access to all goals the leaders have created for you individually, as a team or for the entire organization.
