Custom Performance Reports can be created by leaders at any time to evaluate performance over a specific timeframe. While most departments typically complete an annual report, custom reports are often used for probationary employees, training classes, or new hires.
If a performance report is created before the annual report is due, the system will automatically generate it as a custom report.
When creating a custom report, the system will assign a default timeframe—be sure to review this and adjust the dates as needed using the calendar tools at the top of the page. All leader logs entered within the selected timeframe will automatically populate in the report, providing leaders with the relevant information needed to complete a thorough and accurate performance review.
