The Browse Users tab is only visible on a leader’s and administrator's dashboard. Clicking on Browse Users leads to a screen where leaders to see all the users they are responsible for at one glance. Leaders can view and sort by Name, Position, Score and Last Log all employees that are in their chain of command (2.1).
Leaders can search by a specific employee’s name by typing the first name, last name or both into the Search field (2.2). They can also see when the Last Log was entered for an employee (2.3), the employee’s current performance Score (2.4) and are able to click Performance Power to enter a performance log (2.5).
As a leader moves the cursor over the employee’s name, they can see the employee’s Next Annual Report date, their Hire date and Birthday (2.6).
If the leader clicks on the employee’s position title they will be taken to the org chart to view where the employee is on the org chart (2.8).
