Expectations

Expectations are made up of three components: Tasks, Standards and Measurements (TSMs). Each position has a specific set of tasks. Those tasks have specific standards (what “good” looks like). Each standard has a specific measurement for a specific level of performance. This list of expectations is available to the employee here. In addition, leaders have access to an identical list by clicking on the Performance Power button.

The Tasks are the numbered items in the list (5.1) and to view the details for each Task, click on the Task (5.2).
After clicking on the task, you will be able to see the Standards listed to the right (5.3), as well as the Measurements (5.4). Remember, if you are on the Expectations page, you will NOT be entering a log, but viewing the TSMs for each task only.

The Measurement details on the left (above) remain the same, however, if the user clicks on a radio button next to the Standards (Above Standard, Standard, and Below Standard), the level of performance the measurements will change color and the measurement levels for that specific performance level will also
change (5.4 and below).
